I use fresh babies breath on my christmas tree. the larger the size of the fresh flower, the nicer it is when it dries on my tree.

Which type of babies breath has the largest size flower?
Gypsophila paniculata (botanical name) or baby's breath has an improved variety called "Bristol Fairy" and is covered with double blossoms that are 1/4" wide. baby's breath blooms between july - october in the garden though florist's should have it year round.

Also, G. elegans an annual, has flowers that are 1/2" or more across in white, pink or rose colored flowers.
