Besides more stalls and toilet paper in each one. I went to a local family restuarant and found fresh flowers when i washed my hands-i thought that was a nice touch and made me want to come back there
What does a good public bathroom include-what do you think a dream public bathroom should have?
I'm thinking the best of every nice public bathroom I have encountered.
Separate stalls with doors and tiny stainless steel trash bins with lids that open with the feet, nice toilets with good plumbing/automatic flushing, disposable seat covers, ultrasonic seat disinfection between users.
Impeccably clean and thoughtfully functionally decorated (in simple elegance) throughout. A separate lounge area with nice, comfortable sofas.
A separate vanity area with adequate lighting and a small basket of toiletries like hairspray, gel and little combs, spot remover spray like (Shout), ponytail holders, bob pins, disposable toothbrush/toothpaste, floss, sewing kit with safety pins and buttons.
The best quality liquid soap and hand lotion too
Breath mints and also sugar free mints
Fresh flowers
A person to hand out the hand towels
Another person constantly cleaning and organizing the rest room
A nice hamper to collect the cloth towels
Soft tissue in case you have to blow your nose or fix your makeup
Best quality bathroom tissue
A telephone for emergencies
Pen and paper
Reply:no flowers or couches in the men's room. we go in, take care of business, and get out. no time to chat while answering the "call of nature".
Reply:I went to a gas-station once with the same thing. A bouquet of flowers on a small table in the corner. I was so surprised I just about passed out. It was also clean and I think the walls had murals on them. I was like...wow, and it's a Gas Station?
Reply:Fresh flowers? That's A+....besides the usual wish for cleanliness and abundant TP, I always think it's nice when you find a full-length mirror in there. For the bonus round, there is a small chain of restaurants in NW Washington state called Bob's Burger and Brew that has a flat screen TV in a window behind the mirror over the hand sinks...you never have to miss an inning during an all- important baseball game! In fact, I think I'll include that feature in my dream home bathroom......
Reply:Besides the basics already mentioned. Plasma TV's, Hot Moist Towels to refresh, Real Towels to wipe hands, Pleasant Scent and a Steam Room
Reply:People that know how to flush the toilet after they use it and wash their hands when they are done!!!!!!!
Reply:I would also want fresh flowers in there too! But I love it when they have CLEAN, cute, little couches that you can sit on too! I would definitely want the whole place to be TOTALLY, all the way-clean. I think that everything they have in there should be matching. It should all go together! They should have burning apples and cinnamon candles. The lighting should be somewhat dim too! They should have complimentary bars of soap for when you walk out too! there should be wood floors...well...fake wood floors i guess. And the toilets should be automatic flushing-it's more sanitary. There should also be automatic spritzers that shoot out small hints of sanitizing liquid at certain points in the room. There should be some paintings, and large mirrors too. Hmmm....I don't think I can think of anything else...but....yes, that would be the perfect bathroom!!!!!!!!
Reply:The basics including soap or hand cleanser. But really nice ones have wall paper, an attendant, at least one painting in a frame, some sweet scents, perhaps large mirrors, a place to sit, and I also saw one that had a very large book with very short essays to read.
Reply:A self cleaning unit. I think they have them in Europe. After each person uses it, it gets cleaned.
Reply:I like the touch-free toilet flushing and sink action. Other than that as long as it is clean and has TP, I really dont care for too much deco. I do like nice tiles though especially if they are not the usual white kind.
Reply:An endless supply of soft tp, auto flusing toilets, warm water to wash your hands in using a touchless faucet, and in the womens restroom... more stalls!!!
